Effective school improvement creates a shared sense of enthusiasm and efficacy toward common goals and has life-changing impacts on students. Yet, too often, we find ourselves trapped inside the belief that we are working on school improvement when very little has changed year over year.

View this edLeader Panel or listen to the podcast to learn from our exceptional panel of district and state leaders who discussed their journeys with effective school improvement. They also discussed proven school improvement frameworks, and explored the need for strong instructional support, coaching, and leadership to make effective school improvement a reality.

This recorded edLeader Panel is of interest to K-12 teachers and school and district leaders and is part of the Leading by Design: 6 Initiatives You Can’t Afford to Get Wrong district leadership series where you learn from leaders who are pulling together the elements of successful schooling.
