About the Presenter
Bo Ryan is Principal of the Ana Grace Academy of the Arts 6-8 in Bloomfield, Connecticut. He is passionate about building and sustaining professional learning communities (PLCs), creating high-performing teams, and supporting urban educators. He has worked in education since 1994, having served as a teacher, coach, director, adjunct professor, and principal. Bo is certified in PLCs, Response to Intervention (RTI), Transforming School Culture, and Priority Schools in a PLC at Work. Bo also is certified as a Marzano Associate. He has led two schools to Model PLC status with his current school also recognized as a Marzano High-Reliability School.
