Julie A. Taylor, Ph.D. has been working in education for the past 30 years with students of all ages in grades Pre-K through 12. She has earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary education and Spanish, a master’s degree in teaching second language learners, and a doctorate in curriculum and instructional leadership.
