About the Presenters
Kathleen Geraghty is an experienced educator with 32 years of experience in grades K-11. She is a firm believer in ideas that all students can learn and is passionate about creating a learning environment that fosters engagement and success. Kathleen has been an Implementation Specialist for Teachers Curriculum Institute since 2003. In that position, she has traveled the country extensively helping teachers increase their engagement skills and interactive learning in their classrooms. Kathleen presently is a K-5 District Resource Teacher where she works with 148 elementary schools in Hillsborough Country, Florida to help them implement social studies in their classrooms.
Kelsey Moore is a former high school social studies teacher with eight years of experience engaging students in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. Since joining TCI in 2018, she has served as a Senior Account and Community Manager, supporting educators with innovative tools and resources. Kelsey’s deep understanding of classroom challenges and her passion for education make her a valuable resource for teachers. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and three children.
