Family engagement, once synonymous with elementary schools, is now recognized as essential for student success from the earliest years to graduation day. Adolescent family engagement has been shown to decrease absenteeism, support mental well-being, and enhance academic performance. So, what is the secret to great adolescent family engagement?

During this edWebinar, family engagement experts and former educators will:

  • Delve into the latest research on the impact of family engagement during the adolescent years
  • Highlight common barriers to engagement that families experience
  • Explore evidence-based methods for schools and families to partner effectively during adolescence
  • Share effective strategies to engage families and real-life stories of successes and challenges supporting families with adolescents

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn practical strategies and foster meaningful family partnerships to improve outcomes for adolescent students. This edWebinar will be of interest to middle and high school teachers, librarians, school counselors and social workers, those in parent/community involvement, family engagement, and school improvement roles, and administrators at all grade levels. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
