Personalizing Instruction With 1-to-1 and Blended Learning
This past school year, Hilliard City Schools in Ohio convened a technology task force to decide what direction the district should move in. In this webinar for the edWeb.net EdTech Innovators community, Chief Technology Officer, Rich Boettner detailed how various stakeholders built a shared vision for the future of the district, which involved combining a 1-to-1 rollout with blended learning. He shared the task force’s determination of the seven characteristics of the ideal blended learning environment, and detailed how he uses data assessment software and social media to keep the entire project on track and energized.
