About the Presenters
Sarah Brown, Ph.D., is President of System Impact Consulting and a national MTSS consultant and author. She formerly served as Senior Director of MTSS Solutions at Renaissance and as Bureau Chief at the Iowa Department of Education. She is co-author of the best-selling book MTSS for Reading Improvement, as well as the book Effective Universal Instruction.

Laura Glaub is the Lead Attendance Social Worker for the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD), where she’s a strong advocate for educational equity. Her work centers on building strong relationships with students and families to improve attendance and connect them with vital school and community resources. She is known for her leadership in creating systemic changes that support student success, particularly through her focus on collaborative, trusting relationships.

Kellie Kilde, M.Ed., is MTSS Advisor for the eduCLIMBER product at Renaissance, working alongside multiple teams to provide guidance on implementing MTSS within a school setting. Prior to her work in the edtech space, Kellie was an educator for over 20 years, serving students and staff in various capacities as an intervention specialist, dean of students, and special education teacher.
