About the Presenters
April Beasley is a senior customer success manager at Illuminate Education with over 22 years of experience in public education. April has taught high school math, high school technology, and elementary gifted education. She has also served as an elementary school principal, in addition to serving as a district chief technology officer for eight years and a district director of data analysis and special projects for five years. She holds master’s degrees in both math and technology as well as specialist degrees in both technology and leadership and administration.
Valerie Coffey is a senior customer success manager at Illuminate Education with 12 years of experience in K-12 education. She has taught preschool, 2nd grade, 4th grade, and K-6 technology. She has also served as a data, assessment, and instructional technology specialist and an REMC director at an intermediate school district, where she supported district and building administrators and teachers for six years. She holds master’s degrees in educational technology and educational leadership.
