edWeb.net, an award-winning professional learning network and a leader in best practices for virtual professional learning, is now offering a School District Membership. edWeb will help school districts create a private professional learning hub on edWeb.net for communication and collaboration and as a resource for teachers and all staff to have more choice and flexibility in how they earn their PD hours.

edWeb has worked with a growing number of school districts over the past year to re-invent professional learning to better support the needs of teachers, administrators, and all staff. edWeb’s high-quality edWebinars and podcasts can be aligned with district goals and also provide a flex PD option for independent professional learning that meets individual needs and interests.

Lisa Schmucki, founder and CEO of edWeb.net, announced that Larry Cocco has joined edWeb as Senior Professional Learning Consultant and will advise school districts on all the ways they can use edWeb to meet their goals and support their staff. Larry is a long-time member of the edWeb Advisory Board, former Director of Educational Technology for the New Jersey Department of Education, a SETDA State Leader of the Year, and a national leader on digital learning and transformational educational practices.
