About the Presenters
Dr. Danial Boatman is the executive director of teaching and learning for Fort Zumwalt School District in O’Fallon, MO. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Missouri.
John Barrow is the executive director of intervention and behavior support for Fort Zumwalt School District (MO). This role includes responsibilities for ongoing improvement of MTSS implementation and collaboration to ensure a continuum of support that integrates social-emotional learning to comprehensively address student needs. As a school psychologist with 26 years of education experience, John has had the opportunity to develop a professional emphasis in systems change, prevention and intervention, data-based continuous improvement/problem-solving processes, and effective collaborative practices.
