Jason Schmidt

About the Presenters

Jason Schmidt is a dedicated educator serving as the Director of Technology and eAcademy Principal for the Oshkosh Area School District, which serves more than 9,000 K-12 students. With nearly two decades of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and administrator, Jason brings a well-rounded perspective to his leadership roles. He is passionate about using technology to enhance teaching and learning. Jason is committed to fostering innovation and preparing students for success in an ever-evolving world. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in secondary education and teaching from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Adam Hyman

Adam Hyman has dedicated 26 years to the New York City Department of Education, where he currently teaches Media Arts Technology to students in grades K–5. Originally a fourth- and fifth-grade teacher, Adam now blends creativity and technology to inspire student voice and innovation. Each morning, he produces BEE TV, a live, five-minute newscast where selected fifth graders anchor and deliver school news, weather, and sports—building leadership and broadcast skills. Adam is also the producer and host of Classroom Dynamics: A Teacher Podcast, supported by Logitech, which spotlights professional development insights and strategies shaping 21st-century education. He holds a master’s in elementary education from Hofstra University and a master’s in school building leadership and technology from the New York Institute of Technology.

Jackie Young

Jackie Young is the Global Head of Marketing at Logitech for Education, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives to expand the brand’s impact in the education sector. She has more than two decades of marketing and general management experience delivering strong business results for top-tier brands at companies such as Kraft Foods and Nike. Prior to joining Logitech, Jackie held senior roles at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She started her career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, advising clients in the consumer products, technology, and private equity industries. She graduated magna cum laude with a BS in international economics from Georgetown University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
