The turnover of educators across the country is beginning to reach unsustainable levels. Not only does this impact school culture and student outcomes, but it also results in increased costs for schools and districts to find and retain top talent. Join us for this interactive edWebinar that focuses on how educational leaders at both the school and district levels can take control of educator retention with three research-proven strategies, including:

  1. Decreasing demands
  2. Increasing resources
  3. Improving the skills of emotional leadership as a key resource for teachers

This edWebinar helps you develop an internal framework for causes of turnover and examine how you can begin to use these three strategies to overcome stress, burnout, and dissatisfaction of your teachers. Viewers leave with numerous cost-effective solutions and strategies to continue this work in their own schools and districts.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 school and district leaders.
