Using the free, award-winning Venture Valley game, educators can easily teach business concepts in a fun way to help students better understand all the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

Game producer Nick Night starts by leading an engaging tour through the Venture Valley game, highlighting all the different ways kids can learn how to run a business while having an entertaining time. Following Nick, STEAM and Technology Director at Valley Preparatory School Carrie Willis (star of Venture Valley’s masterclass videos) gives an in-depth talk on how to incorporate the game into the classroom to teach the 4 C’s (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Creative Thinking). Educators will walk away inspired and ready to get into the game!

Nick Night is Venture Valley’s Game Producer and a seasoned executive in animation and gaming, specializing in creating and developing original concepts.

Carrie Willis

Carrie Willis is the Technology and STEAM Director at Valley Preparatory School, a private school for students in preschool through eighth grade, in Redlands, CA. During her 20+ year teaching and mentoring career, she has developed a love for educational technology and project-based learning.
