Aquiles Iglesias, Ph.D. is the Unidel Katherine Esterly Chair Emeritus of Health Sciences and the founding director of the Speech-Language Pathology program at the University of Delaware. Dr. Iglesias’ work focuses on language development and assessment of bilingual (Spanish–English) children. He is the author of the Bilingual English–Spanish Assessment (BESA), Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts (SALT), the Quick Interactive Language Screener (QUILS), and the Quick Interactive Language Screener: English–Spanish (QUILS: ES).
