What’s the single, most important focus every leader should possess? To coach their leaders up! Invest time in reflecting on how you were coached up as a leader, as you gather strategies from other leader principles to build your plan to coach others up! This webinar provided the sense of urgency and need to build leadership capacity in others.
Dr. Neil Gupta identified the key characteristics in coaching. Analyze the four coaching strategies and self-reflect on a plan to seek coaching as well as coach others. By the end of this recorded session, you will be able to:

Dr. Neil Gupta is the Director of Secondary Education for Worthington City Schools in Ohio. Neil currently serves as the Board President for the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. He is a co-moderator for #ohedchat and a member of the Ohio Educator Leader Cadre. Neil has been an administrator for over ten years, including: Assistant Principal, Director of Secondary Curriculum, K-12 Director of Teaching and Learning, K-12 Director of Assessment and Programming, and Director of Secondary Education. He is also a member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals and works with Student Achievement Partners.
