About the Presenters

Kylie Rymanowicz is a seasoned education professional with a deep expertise in child development and early childhood education. Holding a master’s degree in family life and youth education with a concentration in parent education from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree in child development and psychology from Central Michigan University, Kylie brings a rich blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the field. 

As the Senior Manager of Curriculum at Hatch Early Learning, Kylie leads the creation of cutting-edge educational frameworks and curriculum development, driving the innovation of digital learning experiences tailored for young learners. Before joining Hatch, Kylie dedicated seven years to Michigan State University Extension, where they were instrumental in designing and implementing community education programs and providing professional development for early childhood educators.

Kelly Harte

With over 30 years of experience dedicated to improving educational outcomes, Kelly Harte is passionate about expanding access to high-quality learning opportunities for children and families in diverse communities. She has led PreK-12 programs across New Jersey, implementing equity-driven initiatives that support students, families, and educators. Kelly has served as a principal and central office administrator, most notably as Assistant Superintendent of Schools in the Morris School District, before retiring from public education in July 2023.

Now, as Director of Customer Success at Hatch Early Learning, she leverages her expertise to support program implementation, school improvement, and professional development for educators at all levels. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in educational leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and elementary education.
