Research has shown that a high-quality summer learning program offers a vital opportunity to bridge learning gaps in math and reading. Yet many schools start planning from scratch each year. Traditionally seen as remedial, summer programs have also become a cornerstone for tackling opportunity gaps and empowering students from underserved backgrounds to excel academically.
While some educators remain skeptical that a four- or five-week summer learning program can produce transformative results, year-over-year data tracked by Lavinia Group from the past three years has proven that when you expect more of your summer learning experience, students achieve more. Join this edLeader Panel to learn how you can build a five-week summer learning program capable of producing double-digit gains in math and reading.
This recorded edLeader Panel is of interest to school and district leaders of the elementary through middle school grades.
