Making your Content Sing! A Practical Guide to Effective Presentations

The ideas presented can be immediately applied to existing presentations – turning old songs into a epic legends that people will never forget. Furthermore, this session focused on invigorating presentations by creating effective slides, presenting in a more logical manner, incorporating humor into the presentation, choosing the right images and sounds, and finally putting it all together with a multitude of possible digital tools.

Chris Colley, Pedagogical Consultant at LEARN Quebec, introduced different digital tools and iPad presentation apps, as well as web 2.0 tools. He discussed how they can be used to make an effective presentation that will have the audience, be it in person or online, engaged and retaining the story.
