Dr. Meredyth Kealey is a highly accomplished professional with a Ph.D. in special education from the University of Arizona. With a wealth of experience in the field, she has served in various roles, including special education teacher, director, and supervisor. Dr. Kealey has contributed her expertise as an adjunct faculty member at esteemed institutions such as Pima Community College and Northern Arizona University. Her academic pursuits and research interests are marked by a focus on technology-based reading interventions and the complexities of illiteracy into adulthood. Dr. Kealey’s commitment to advancing knowledge in these areas is evident through her publications and contributions to scholarly discourse. Dr. Kealey assumes the role of Director of Curriculum & Instruction at MindPlay, bringing her extensive background and dedication to the organization. Her leadership at MindPlay reflects a commitment to enhancing literacy through innovative research and strategic insights.
Stephanie Arnold is a dedicated K-12 educator at Blacksburg High School in Virginia with extensive experience in instructional design, curriculum building, co-teaching, mentoring, leadership, and coordination. As a former elementary principal who specialized in a “people-first” approach, Stephanie is no stranger to engaging motivation through relationship building and creating individualized processes for each learner.

Dorene Uhrich is the Chief Customer Officer at MindPlay Education, where she leads initiatives that support educators and drive student success through evidence-based reading solutions. With a background in teaching and a master’s in adult education and training, Dorene brings a deep understanding of both classroom instruction and professional learning.
