Research has shown that to live meaningful and successful lives, it is no longer sufficient to develop the right skill sets alone. It is about the right mindsets. Mindsets-based social-emotional learning (SEL) leverages the modern understanding of the brain to empower educators to drive higher levels of achievement and happiness for themselves and for their students.
This two-part edWebinar series explores mindsets-based SEL from two perspectives: the researcher and the practitioner. They introduce the 7 Mindsets and discuss their personal and professional application.
In part one, the presenters discussed the research that led to mindsets-based SEL, and introduced the 7 Mindsets. In part two, Lupita Knittel, President of 7 Mindsets, joined by a principal and vice principal, discuss putting these ideas into practice. This edWebinar focuses on:
Leave inspired, empowered, and with practical strategies to incorporate these 7 Mindsets into your personal life, your school, and your community!
