In this edWebinar, Helen Gooch Lianos, veteran teacher and technology advisor, introduces middle school science teachers to the Next Generation Science Standards—from whence the standards came, how they are different, their key concepts, and a model for teaching to them—and walk teachers through a sample lesson that implements the NGSS.
Become better informed about the standards, how they call for new ways of teaching science, and how to find and implement content and curriculum that aligns to those standards. Middle school science teachers will benefit from watching this recorded session. Learn more about the Next Generation Science Standards.
