Kirsten Weigert

About the Presenters

Kirsten Weigert has over 20 years’ experience in education in various areas and states. She began her education career in Delaware at the elementary level as a special education teacher and an educational diagnostician. She left Delaware in 2014 and worked for the New Jersey Department of Education as a School Climate Specialist assisting schools throughout the state to improve school climate. In 2020 she moved to North Carolina where she became a Culture Coach for Union County Public Schools.

All of her roles in education have always guided her to help schools become places where students want to be and not places where students have to be. Her current role allows her to use various tools to engage students and teachers in meaningful conversations and help them succeed. Walking into any school building you should feel welcome and that all staff there believe in the students and their futures.

Britt White

Britt White is the VP of Sales and Customer Success for SmartPass. If you ask her what her superpower is, she will say without hesitation, “My superpower is getting people excited about whatever I am excited about.” When she combined her enthusiasm for growth and team building with her educational background and experience, it became evident that her ideal niche was in educational technology. She loves being able to change the lives of principals every day by being a part of a product that takes the sting out of student movement on campus so principals can focus on the really important stuff—their staff and students.
