Gratitude goes beyond simply saying “thank you.” Current research shows gratitude to be a powerful contributor to a happy life when included in our daily routine. Gratitude not only allows us to appreciate the good that comes our way, but it also helps us rise above our frustrations and keeps our eyes on the bigger picture. In this insightful edWebinar, presenter Teresa Reigosa, Ph.D. explores the unexpected power of gratitude and its applicability in:
- Developing greater resilience
- Improving relationships
- Increasing student engagement
Activities and peer discussion questions are shared during this session that can be used during faculty meetings or common planning times to create meaningful conversations that foster a culture of gratitude throughout your school building.
This recorded edWebinar is of interest to PreK-12 teachers, librarians, school and district leaders, education technology leaders, and school counselors and psychologists.
