Educators are increasingly expected to align reading instruction with scientific research—but understanding the science is only the beginning. The real opportunity lies in bringing that knowledge to life through daily instruction that is clear, engaging, and effective.
In this edWebinar, Dr. Tim Rasinski shows how powerful reading instruction exists at the intersection of science and art. Viewers learn how to implement science-based reading competencies in intentional, flexible, and engaging ways that work in real classrooms, demonstrating how evidence-based instruction can also be meaningful and motivating. Educators leave with classroom-ready strategies they can use immediately with their students.
In this edWebinar, you:
- Learn essential science-based reading competencies that support reading success
- Understand why effective reading instruction requires both scientific knowledge and artful teaching
- Identify key characteristics of artful reading instruction
- Gain actionable strategies for teaching science-based reading skills
This edWebinar is of interest to K–12 educators, literacy coaches, school leaders, and district leaders.
