Many believe that talent is inherent—a person either has it or doesn’t. Dr. Lee Hancock flips the script by redefining talent to align with current research that shows a student’s environment is a critical determinant for developing talents. In this edWebinar, you learn how to create learning environments rich in opportunities for all students to boost their confidence and to develop talents in multiple areas. During the session, Dr. Hancock:

  • Redefines “talent”
  • Reviews how talent is discovered and developed—and how we can be more equitable
  • Discusses the importance of the learning environment and its impact on talent development
  • Provides practical, research-based ways to create an impactful learning environment for all kids

Talent is a lifelong pursuit, and with this edWebinar, you can help kids move purposefully through that journey to make the most of their talents.

This recorded edWebinar benefits teachers, coaches, counselors, youth program coordinators, and school and district leaders who work with children in grades K–8.
