Finding time during the workday to pause and be present can be challenging for educators who have found themselves stretched and taking on more responsibilities this school year. In this participatory edWebinar, we do exercises to support your well-being and help create sustainable practices that you can take back to your classrooms and communities.

While systemic, organizational changes are needed to truly improve educator mental health, wellness exercises and self-care techniques are one way that educators can proactively prioritize their individual well-being and support the well-being of their colleagues. Our monthly Educator Wellness Webinar Series provides an opportunity to care for our social, emotional, and mental well-being together.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers and school and district leaders.
