Financial Literacy Month is an opportunity to help students build the knowledge and confidence they need to make real‑world financial decisions. In this edWebinar, educators will explore free, standards‑aligned resources designed to support financial learning across the entire K–12 journey.

For younger learners (K–8), the materials focus on building early financial habits and vocabulary through engaging lessons, classroom activities, and optional family extensions. For older students (6–12), the resources deepen understanding of economic concepts using real‑world examples, industry perspectives, and hands‑on learning experiences.

Educators will gain practical strategies and ready‑to‑use resources for any grade level, including:

  • Real‑world scenarios that make financial concepts meaningful
  • Collaborative problem solving that strengthens decision making
  • Cross‑curricular connections across math, social studies, STEM, and ELA
  • Family engagement activities that extend learning beyond school

Attendees will leave with turnkey materials and actionable strategies that support students’ financial understanding from foundational skills through high‑school readiness. This edWebinar will be of interest to K–12 teachers, librarians, and school leaders.
