About the Presenters
Adam Drummond is a teacher, district professional, learning coordinator, university adjunct professor, principal, and most importantly a life-long learner. He has spent the past 15 years building and sharing his expertise in literacy, leadership development, and systemic planning with schools and districts and I am lucky to share this passion with a broader ICLE community.
Jenna Woods is the director of professional learning. She partners with districts to prioritize, plan, and implement curricula and professional learning. In partnership with district leaders, Jenna and her team support implementations to increase student outcomes. Jenna has seven years of classroom experience as an educator in K-5 education. She mentored and coached student teachers, new teammates, and interns to ensure best instructional practices. She has presented at large conferences, presented to groups of administrators, presented to educators, and worked side by side teachers in the classroom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Missouri. Jenna also holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Missouri. She is currently working towards a Doctor of Education in organizational leadership with an emphasis in organizational development.
