We are in a moment of time where our professions, if we are not careful, will leave us emotionally, physically, and mentally bankrupt. To counter the pressure, stress and chaos around us, we need to practice healthy, practical habits and routines of wellness and self-care. We also need to rise up to the expectations of taking care of our students and our colleagues, amidst the challenges of this unprecedented school season.
In this recorded edWebinar, Dr. Tina Boogren and Dr. Timothy Kanold provide practical strategies to avoid exhaustion and burnout and give you the courage and permission to attend to a more balanced and joyful professional life!
This recorded edWebinar will be of interest to preK-12 teachers, librarians, and school and district leaders.
