Sara LaHayne is the Founder and CEO of Move This World, the leading provider of interactive social-emotional learning (SEL) experiences for PreK-12 students, educators, and families. Rooted in creative arts therapy and positive psychology, Move This World programs are evidence based and designed for seamless delivery through multimedia experiences that spark movement, connection, and social-emotional development. A lifelong dancer and former professional performer, Sara authored, implemented, and evaluated the original Move This World curriculum 15 years ago as a Fulbright Scholar in Bogotá, Colombia. Headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, Move This World has impacted over 3.5 million students across 45 states and nine countries to date.

Reagan RogersReagan Rogers, M.S., Psy.S. is the National Director of Invo Healthcare’s IMPACT program. IMPACT (Integrated Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma) is a groundbreaking program that integrates experienced mental health and behavioral health teams into the natural school environment. In her role, she oversees this unique, multidisciplinary team-based model for K-12 students in over 200 schools nationwide. Reagan is a certified school psychologist with extensive experience working with school-age children and clinical oversight of qualified mental health and behavior-related professionals. Leading 12 direct reports and nearly 200 clinicians, her passion for creating supportive environments where students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially has led to a 150% increase in the number of students serviced.

Reagan’s journey in education began as a school psychologist, focusing specifically on school turnaround initiatives and providing comprehensive wraparound supports for students. Throughout her career, Reagan has consistently fueled her passion for teaching by serving as an adjunct professor of psychology and advisory board member. She has provided mentorship and instruction to undergraduate students on a diverse range of topics, including lifespan development, critical thinking, theories of personality, and introduction to psychology. Drawing from her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by students, Reagan has dedicated her career to developing and implementing innovative and evidence-based mental health programs. Reagan has a strong commitment to providing high-quality services to children and families in need and serves as a compassionate advocate for the success of every student receiving IMPACT services.

Maria BarreraMaria Barrera is the founder and CEO of Clayful. She is committed to addressing the youth mental health crisis. Born in Colombia and understanding the pressures of adversity, she leverages her experience as a Stanford-educated engineer and from her pioneering role on Nearpod’s founding team to create impactful solutions in education.

Through her tireless research and collaboration with a diverse team of experts, Maria developed Clayful, offering accessible, preventative mental health resources to families of all socio-economic statuses. Her dedication to training a diverse mental health workforce and establishing partnerships with schools has already impacted thousands of students across the country.

Robin KnutelskyAbout the Moderator

Dr. Robin Knutelsky’s area of expertise lies in curriculum development, professional development, and aligning and improving instruction. She has dedicated her career to improving instruction with a laser focus on improving student learning. After years in the classroom as an English teacher, Robin joined the New Jersey Department of Education as the director of teaching and learning supports. She was charged with improving the teaching and learning supports for educators in the State of New Jersey. In 2017, Robin became the chief strategic alignment officer where she was charged with clarifying, aligning, and simplifying tools, training, and support for school and district improvement. In 2020, she returned to school leadership in New Jersey as the district director of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and human resources.
