The foundations of number sense and algebraic thinking developed in K-2 are essential for upper elementary, middle school, and high school mathematics, and are often misunderstood. In this edWebinar, sharpen your focus on these essential skills, explore the progression of learning spanning from kindergarten to high school, and learn how math skills developed in the early years prepare students for Algebra 1. No matter what grade you teach, you will find something to use with your students to propel them forward as well as how to incorporate models and manipulatives.
This recorded edWebinar will be of benefit to kindergarten through junior high school teachers and school and district leaders.
