Valerie Zaryczny

About the Presenters

Valerie Zaryczny received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and a Master of Science degree in occupational therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a pediatric OT with experience across multiple settings including schools, clinics, early intervention, and teletherapy. She first attended a Handwriting Without Tears workshop in 2004 as a new therapist and has been in love with the products and methods ever since! Valerie became a National Workshop Presenter for Learning Without Tears in 2011 and is currently a Sr. Professional Learning Designer.   

Katrina Erickson

Katrina Erickson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 1990. With over 25 years of experience specializing in handwriting development, she is passionate about helping students develop natural and automatic handwriting skills in both print and cursive. Through her work in school-based practice and private handwriting services, Katrina is dedicated to supporting children of all abilities in building the foundational skills they need for academic success, empowering them to excel in the classroom and beyond. Katrina is a National Presenter and Content Support Specialist for Learning Without Tears.
