Imagine a school district where all stakeholders are working together on a unified literacy plan to achieve reading success for every student. In this school district everything is designed for success, from the curriculum to the assessment, to training, coaching, and instructional design. Deer Valley Unified School District (DVUSD) is such a district. After implementing the new literacy plan, the students in DVUSD began to soar.
School and district leaders are critical to this transformation and are invited to attend this edWebinar where they’ll see how the DVUSD is making this a reality for students and teachers. In this edWebinar, learn the five critical elements for early literacy instruction that are part of DVUSD’s vision and are at the heart of its recent successes.
This recorded edWebinar is of particular benefit to preK-8 school and district leaders such as curriculum and reading directors, ELA coordinators, principals and vice principals, reading coaches, and remedial reading directors who will find it a valuable opportunity to learn how a coherent agenda for literacy can impact their school or district.
