About the Presenter

David C. Banks is the president and CEO of the Eagle Academy Foundation. He was the founding principal of the first Eagle Academy in the Bronx, the first in a network of innovative all-boys public schools in New York City. Preceding this, David served as the founding principal of the Bronx School for Law, Government and Justice, a theme-based high school that provided a unique opportunity for him to combine his law and education backgrounds.
