About the Presenter

Nikki La Londe, an educator for over 15 years, is motivated every day to make the most of her partnerships with leaders, teachers, and students. She has served as an elementary and middle school math teacher, 6-8 administrator, and participated on a school improvement committee. As a director of professional learning with HMH, she is focused on maximizing every action task within an implementation plan to ensure growth for each stakeholder. She provides and supports K-12 professional development by facilitating professional learning courses and coaching for school-based math instructional leaders and teachers across the country. Nikki regularly speaks at conferences such as NCSM, NCTM, CMC South and CMC North. Nikki is also one of the hosts for the podcast Method to the Mathness launched in January 2019 that features thought leaders such as Marilyn Burns, Matt Larson, Jennifer Lempp and more!

Amy DeLucia is a former high school teacher, virtual learning innovator, sports coach, adjunct community college professor and currently serves as the director of marketing for professional learning at HMH. Amy is dedicated to improving teaching and learning for students across the country and is inspired by teachers and leaders during this challenging time.
