In this edWebinar, Lisa Schmucki, founder and CEO of edWeb, interviews Glenn Robbins, Superintendent of Brigantine Public Schools (NJ), on the publication of his new book, Unclench Your Fist: The Leader’s Guide to Making the Hard Call (and Surviving It).
Great leaders don’t avoid hard decisions, they make them—with clarity, courage, and conviction. Glenn’s new book isn’t about leadership when it’s easy…it’s about leadership when it costs you something: when the room gets quiet, when the emails start flying, when you’re second-guessing yourself at 2:00 a.m. In this conversation, Glenn shares insights on how you can:
- Navigate criticism without losing confidence
- Make tough calls without losing your integrity
- Lead through conflict without losing yourself
Sometimes leadership means standing firm. But first, you have to unclench your fist. Glenn’s new book is your playbook for managing the pressure and is available on Amazon.
This recorded edWebinar is of interest to school and district leaders, industry leaders, and any educator or individual in a leadership role.
