Learn how community involvement and establishing a mission, vision, core values, district goals, if/then statements, and a “good-to-great” mindset supports all stakeholders in achieving educational excellence.

  • Learn practical, systematic approaches that cultivate community involvement in achieving educational excellence and how it can be integrated into the planning process
  • Explore practical strategies for crafting an 18-month plan that aligns with your institution’s vision and goals
  • Gain an understanding of essential components for a purposeful, detailed 18-month plan with precise milestones (improving processes, plan execution, establishing persistent practices, and celebrating people’s successes)

Christopher Meyrick

About the Presenters

Dr. Christopher Meyrick, an experienced educational leader, has held roles such as district superintendent, principal, and administrator in the K-12 education sector. Currently, he is the Superintendent of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Regional School District. Under his leadership, the district has achieved a “High Performing” classification by NJQSAC and implemented significant programs such as a Business Academy and an alternative school program. Dr. Meyrick’s commitment to fostering inclusive, innovative learning environments is evident in his background in curriculum development, special education, data analysis, and social-emotional learning. His leadership philosophy, which emphasizes community engagement, professional development, and continuous district improvement, is focused on building strong relationships with students, staff, and local stakeholders. In addition to his district leadership, Dr. Meyrick is an adjunct professor at multiple universities, where he shares his expertise in educational leadership and contributes to the field through publications and presentations.

Eliza Cadorette-Rawley

Eliza Cadorette-Rawley serves as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Woodstown-Pilesgrove Regional Schools in Woodstown, NJ. With extensive experience spanning multiple roles in K-12 education, including director of special services, inclusion facilitator, and special education teacher, she brings a comprehensive understanding of educational leadership and classroom dynamics. She has successfully led professional learning communities in creating optimal learning environments focused on equity and sustainable instructional practices. Her approach emphasizes celebrating successes while maintaining rigorous standards for educational excellence through purposeful planning. Her expertise and educational approach are founded on compassionate leadership and systematic practices, strongly believing that by integrating data-driven strategies with empathy, educators can effectively meet the diverse needs of all students.
