Dana PawinskiAbout the Presenters

Dana Pawinski is the senior grants & funding initiatives director for Imagine Learning. She believes funding challenges should not be a hurdle for students to learn and supports district and school partners in navigating federal funding as well as private sector grants to secure the funding necessary to accelerate educational outcomes. Dana has been in edtech for over seven years focusing on grants and funding across the public and private sectors, donor relations, grant and program management, fundraising, strategic business development, writing and submitting grant applications and grant reporting and analysis. She previously held fundraising and corporate partnerships leadership positions at two national nonprofits focused on supporting underserved communities. She is an experienced strategic business development and partnership leader and has closely worked with Fortune 500 companies, local, regional and national foundations, educational institutions (early learning to higher ed), government entities and community-based organizations.

 

Sarah EstradaDr. Sarah Estrada has more than 10 years of experience in K-12 educational technology and a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. As the director of product management – assessment, she leverages research and statistical methods, including item response theory, to design valid, reliable assessments that accurately measure student skills, knowledge, and progress toward proficiency. Dr. Estrada supports the assessment components of products throughout the Imagine Learning and Edgenuity portfolio including their assessment products, Galileo K-12 and Galileo Birth-PreK. Her goal is to ensure that assessments provide accurate, interpretable data that meets the needs of districts, schools, educators, students, and caregivers.

 

Adriane HardenAdriane Harden has been in education for 12 years in various capacities including as a second-grade teacher, teacher trainer, and district curriculum coordinator, and now serves at Imagine Learning as the director of national curriculum experts. She is passionate about providing high-quality curricula to all students and supporting districts across the country to reach their goals.
