Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provides us with many useful tools for addressing challenging behaviors in the classroom. Stacy Cianciolo, M.Ed., BCBA is the Behavior Department Supervisor at Monarch School. She has been employed by Monarch Center for Autism for 15 years in a variety of roles including preschool supervisor, teacher, and community and home-based consultant.
