About the Presenters

Kaylee Jackson is an educational leader specializing in advocacy for equitable literacy instruction. She has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, founding principal, and executive director of curriculum and instruction. As the ED of curriculum and instruction, she oversaw all the K-12 programs, curricula, and teaching practices. She led the school community through their district priority of Early Literacy and Beyond. This included the successful board approval of two literacy/biliteracy materials adoptions and training district leaders and school staff in the Science of Reading. Through her leadership, she has fostered a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration that empowers leaders to lead equitably.

Jennifer Boykins

Jennifer Taylor Boykins is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nothing But Education (NBE), a consultancy and services firm that helps build and strengthen DEI impact and the bridges between businesses, schools/colleges, and communities to stimulate thinking, foster collaboration, and drive better retention/recruitment outcomes. It is through NBE that Jennifer has had the opportunity to leverage her strategic planning expertise, and her ability to help leadership teams revise, plan, and effectively enhance their internal and external partnerships by developing more effective processes to drive better outcomes. This work lives in NBE and is shared with educational partners as well as business clients who desire innovative growth strategies.
