In this edWebinar, attendees will gain an advanced understanding of the writing process with children in early childhood monolingual, bilingual, and dual-language classrooms. We will investigate developmentally appropriate stages of motor development for young learners. Attendees will:
- Discover how to encourage writing through modeled, shared, and independent experiences
- Explore strategies and materials that intentionally nurture while extending writing throughout their daily routines
- Be asked to reflect on their current practice and collaborate with others
This edWebinar will be of interest to teachers and other stakeholders who work with toddlers to transitional kindergarten-aged students. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
