In order to support children’s learning as much as possible during school closings, many schools have decided to temporarily shift to virtual instruction. Because there are many aspects of preschool that cannot be replicated virtually, virtual instruction poses quite a challenge for preschool teachers. With careful planning and intentionality, teachers can create developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that children and caregivers can do together and continue to reflect early learning outcomes.
This important edWebinar will offer guidance and best practices specifically focused on young children and virtual instruction. Learn to help parents provide effective learning opportunities with the resources available in the home, digital and non-digital. This is a must-attend session to gain practical knowledge to help navigate this uncharted terrain!
This edWebinar will be of interest to early childhood teachers, librarians, and school and district leaders. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
