Every district wants to prepare students for the workforce. But the question is often what that actually looks like in practice. This edLeader Panel looks at how student-led media production programs, from a single classroom podcast setup to a full broadcast studio, are helping students build real-world communication and technical skills.
Madeleine Mortimore, Global Education Innovation and Research Lead at Logitech, will join Josh Morris, Innovation Specialist at Bradley County Schools, and Sophany Tibke, Instructional Technology Specialist at Chandler Unified School District, to share how their districts have built the infrastructure and scaled media production programs, including the technology decisions, budget planning, and support considerations that came with each stage of growth.
Attendees will leave with a clearer sense of how media production technology supports student career readiness, what to plan for as a program grows, and how to build the case for investment within a school district.
This edLeader Panel will be of interest to K-12 leaders and IT decision-makers looking to support career-readiness initiatives through media production technology.
