As an early educator, you face many challenges. You can rise and shine and find the joyful leader within as you uplift, guide, and inspire others with a joyful spirit. You do not need an official leadership position to lead with joy. Early childhood teachers who guide children in their play and joyfully engage them are joyful leaders in their classrooms.

This edWebinar explores ideas for bringing joy to your work with intentionality. Discover how you can rise now by implementing strategies to help you be a more joyful leader and teacher. Learn ways to shine on the individuals you lead and inspire them to be more joyful. This session will explore topics including:

  • What is joy?
  • What brings me joy?
  • Why joy?
  • Finding joy amidst struggles

Being a joyful leader is not a one-time event, it is an ongoing journey. You will rise as you meet each day with joy in your heart and empower others to shine. This recorded edWebinar is of interest to early childhood educators, administrators, trainers, and coaches.
