Boost the building blocks of your organization through a data-driven approach to sales, marketing, and product management so that your company or organization can take advantage of your competitive differentiation. In this webinar, Ellen Bialo, President and CEO, Interactive Educational Systems Design, and Ellen Cleary Ruane, Senior Consultant, Acumen Partners, discuss:

  • How companies gather research and data from multiple sources and organize that data
  • How to align data strategy with business motivation and drivers
  • Why business and data strategies often become misaligned and the impact
  • How data can answer your unanswered business questions
  • Incorporating the learning into your organization

Research and data are often hot topics in an organization, but the analytics of these fail due to lack of alignment between managers and strategy. As schools and districts are driven to be data-driven organizations, so should the companies that partner with them.  The companies that take on the data-driven culture and implement research and analytics will find this will become a decisive competitive advantage. This webinar is of particular value for education solution vendors and providers, and C-suite and director level executives.
