Virtual Libraries

Flipped Learning is a buzzword in many classrooms; with mobile technology you can access a variety of educational material without ever setting foot in a building.  Does that mean you can flip a library?  Presenter Michelle Luhtala explored blended libraries in this month’s Emerging Tech webinar.  She discussed a flipped library model,  as well as the impact of the concept on instructional programs. Thinking of flipping your library? Don’t flip your lid, watch the webinar to find out more about virtual library programs.

Quotes from the session:

“The great thing about a forum like this is to hear that we have common problems.”

“Virtual Libraries=mobile apps and Google Apps…a dynamic duo with POW! and GEEWHIZ!” “Thank you so much for these webinars Michelle! They are always fabulous!!!”
