Screen Shot 2014-09-25 at 12.36.59 PMIn this webinar for the edWeb.net edGlobal community, presenter Haif Bannayan, CEO of Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) in Jordan, discussed the importance of teacher preparation (in-service and pre-service) and its impact on improving education on a national scale through showcasing the role of the QRTA in improving quality of education in the public and private schools in Jordan and the region.  The presentation also alluded to the role of national policies needed to support teachers, teacher preparation for the profession, and the various teacher training trends in Middle East. Haif Bannayan talked about the important teacher conference QRTA is launching in December under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, in partnership with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Texas Instruments (TI).
