>>> VIEW THE WEBINAR RECORDING
This webinar was record-breaking for edWeb! There were over 7000 pre-registrants and over 2000 live attendees who joined us for the broadcast!
More out-of-control children are entering early childhood programs in larger numbers than ever before. These challenging children can create chaos quickly in educational settings. In this edWeb.net Early Childhood Learning Solutions webinar, Dr. Becky Bailey, creator of Conscious Discipline, showed attendees four essential skills every early childhood educator must possess to transform chaos to calm within themselves, within children and within their classroom. Imagine four skills that can help children calm themselves, increase their ability to attend and support the development of empathy.

I loved the webinar! I have been trying to watch the recording all day, but it just “loads” for hours. I would really like to be able to access this to share with my staff. Is there a better way to view the recording?
Hi Jennifer,
I’m sorry you’re running into technical complications. It sounds like you either do not have Flash Player downloaded on your computer, or you are encountering a firewall at your location. Please visit http://www.instantpresenter.com/systemtest and click the link that says: “Click here if you will be presenting and need to test your Webcam and Speakers.” Please make sure on this page that the “Advanced Firewall Status” box only has “Success” written in it. This system test will also test for Flash, but you will also find a test for Flash on the Adobe website: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
If you are trying to view from a mobile device, most devices do not have Flash built into them. To view from a mobile device, you will need to download an app or browser that enables Flash content. You can find more information about viewing from a mobile device on our FAQ page: https://home.edweb.net/faq/#mobile
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Best,
Ashley
I was able to view the live webinar and enjoyed it! However, I have yet to receive my CE certificate via email. Any other steps I need to take in order to get it?
Hi Michele,
Thank you for joining us! Our certificates are sometimes filtered into Spam/Junk email folders, so we recommend checking there. I just reached out to you via email, but we recommend emailing us at [email protected] if you encounter this issue in the future.
Best,
Ashley
Hi Ashley,
I did everything you listed above and received the “success”. Where I’m running into a problem still is when it is “connecting to server”. It will run like that with no success. Do you think that is a firewall issue?
Hi Jennifer,
I am reaching out to you via email, as I will be better able to help you there. Please look out for an email from me. If you encounter issues in the future, please email us at [email protected].
Best,
Ashley
I was unable to view it! Thanks
Hi Allison,
