It’s evident that relationships have always been at the core of education, but the journey has sometimes been challenging. How can we construct authentic, inclusive, and purposeful relationships, ensuring that all parties strategically choose to cooperate for a shared outcome? What will enable us to actively listen, ask for, and provide feedback in a mutually beneficial way?

Viewers of this session enhance their knowledge, skills, and tools to:

  • Establish structures for ongoing collaboration and professional growth
  • Identify strategies for empowering adults to connect personally, engage in meaningful interactions, and share appreciations and reflections

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to PreK-12 teachers, librarians, school leaders, school counselors, support staff, and paraprofessionals.
