You know you’re a great instructional leader and that it’s your job to inspire, encourage, and enable teachers to do their best work. You strive to create a working environment with your teaching colleagues that yields the best learning experiences for students. However, sometimes you feel unsatisfied with the progress your school is making with student performance. Planning sessions, professional conversations, and feedback are not moving instruction forward to the levels you had hoped for and you’re ready for some new ideas.

In this session, Dr. Melinda Schwartz, Learning Services Educator at ORIGO Education, discusses effective tools and strategies that build productive partnerships that help cultivate intentional conversations before, during, and after instruction takes place. These tools and strategies are teacher-focused and subject-specific to mathematics instruction and are suitable for grades K-12.

K-12 math education leaders, administrators, and math and instructional coaches will benefit from watching this recorded session. Learn more about building productive partnerships for effective mathematics instruction.
